The Cover Company has been successfully manufacturing swimming pool covers since 1990 and spa covers since 2007.

Facilities
Our state-of-the-art production facility gives us the ability to make special order covers on demand, making us one of the fastest growing cover manufacturers in the USA. From simple to complex, computer design and advanced manufacturing techniques assure you of a properly designed cover that fits perfectly every time. Free form designers, rock formations, waterfalls and raised walls are handled with ease by our automated cutting tables.
We Care About the Environment
In November 2009 we completed the installation of 442 solar panels on the roof of our factory. With the sun shining, we can produce 101 kW of pollution-free energy - enough to power our entire factory while keeping 175,902 lbs. of carbon dioxide (CO2) out of the atmosphere every year.

"The Branchburg, N.J., facility of Pegasus Products Inc. now is 100 percent solar powered, completing the conversion in November. Spurred by the rising costs of raw materials and transportation combined with a struggling economy, the pool liner and safety cover manufacturer enlisted Vanguard Energy Partners, LLC, to install solar panels. With the help of a 30 percent government grant bestowed on companies that produce clean energy, Pegasus expects to recoup its investment within three years."
