Thermal Spa Covers

We have two types of packages available: Standard and Premium. Please speak with your dealer to understand the advantages of each package.

Features

Adjustable Locking Tie Downs

Each cover comes with seven inch long adjustable tie downs. A locking key is also provided with each cover. This will prevent the cover from being accessed by just anyone. It also keeps it secure and will prevent the wind from blowing the cover away.

Double Hinge

Our hinges are double thick which increases the life of the hinge.

Double Stitched

Our seams are double stitched at critical stress points all over the spa cover, increasing the life of the cover.

Tapered Design

Our spa covers are tapered from 4" (in the center) to 2 inch (at the ends) allowing water to drain off the top of the cover.

Galvanized Steel Channel

Two steel channels run through the middle of the cover adding strength.

Handles

Each spa cover comes with at least two handles, making it easier to open and close the cover.

Marine Grade Vinyl

The shell of our covers is made with premium quality vinyl.

Two Panel Bi-fold

When not using the cover, you can fold it in half for easy storage.

Zipper

We use heavy duty nylon zippers that provide lasting durability.

Colors Available

We offer a variety of eight designer color choices.

Foam Density

There are two choices available for foam types. Both have a Taper of 4” to 2” but it’s the density of the foam which varies.

• Standard: 1.5lb
• Premium: 2lb

Underside Backing

Skirt Length

Our standard skirt length is 3" all around. We can vary skirt length as requested.

Vapor Barrier

• Standard: 4mil
• Premium: 6mil
